Razphalt® Recycling Program
1. Divert Waste Locally
We partner with municipal landfills and transfer stations to capture asphalt shingle waste before it’s buried. This helps extend landfill life and aligns with local sustainability goals.
2. Sort & Separate
Shingles are manually sorted to remove contaminants and separate usable materials. Virgin (unused) shingles are set aside for community donation projects, while the rest is prepped for processing.
3. Process & Blend
Recovered materials are ground and blended into our proprietary Razphalt® mix—engineered for consistency, durability, and long-term performance on rural and commercial roads.
4. Apply & Cure
Razphalt® installs like gravel, compacts easily, and cures into a hardened surface over time—reducing dust, ruts, and maintenance needs. Every project is backed by a one-year maintenance guarantee.
